Download the compliance agreement and fully review the terms and conditions. To accept the terms and conditions check the “I agree” checkbox below and click save.
If the DocuSign does not populate, please go to phone settings and unblock pop-ups in your browser settings. After that, try pressing sign agreement again, and it should take you to the DocuSign.
